How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Thatssuch Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Thatssuch Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Thatssuch Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@thatssuch.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
